Shannon Talley did a outstanding job of making my wife and I feel extremely welcomed when we walked in the door at the dealership. She DID NOT use any pressure sales tactics to push us toward a certain b and I feel extremely welcomed when we walked in the door at the dealership. We had originally planned to look at Town Cars and she was prepared to show us the used inventory, however after just a few minutes my wife was drawn to the MKZ and the rest is history. Shannon was in the background throughout the looking and deciding portion of the purchase and was continually available to answer all questions asked. Once we had decided upon the MKZ Shannon stepped forward and lead us through the entire purchasing process. She insured that the MKZ was cleaned and prepared in the manner that we had requested. She personally oversaw the work of the employees tasked with preparing the MKZ for delivery. I can also state that the used car manager and the finance officer were extra friendly and they also made the entire experience a great pleasure. More
