There was one thing, though, when I got my oil and stuff changed, the screen on my car was changed and I did not like it. The other thing was when the tires were checked, the covers to close the tire air were not on two of the tires. I was happy to get both of those things taken care of. Thank you ! More
Awesome to say the least. I bought my Q-certified car to Schicker Ford and their Quick Lane is the best. I will only take my car to them for maintenance. Schicker Ford and their Quick Lane is the best. I will only take my car to them for maintenance. More
Ford mistake they need to fix Lug Nuts breaking The service was great, but i have a problem with Ford. I have a 2017 Fusion, and the Lug Nuts from Ford are not manufactured correctly. It cost me $1 The service was great, but i have a problem with Ford. I have a 2017 Fusion, and the Lug Nuts from Ford are not manufactured correctly. It cost me $120 to purchase new Lug Nuts because Ford did not design them correctly. They should be a single solid piece but because they designed to be of two different metals, "sometimes" the moisture and salt, gets in between these Lug nuts and causes them to swell and then they are impossible to get the correct wrench around them. This if you look at the internet has been a big problem for Ford with them being sued on this bad design. I think Ford should replace these at no cost with one simple piece of steel lug nut. My car is only 2.5 years old and the lug nuts were rusted out. Then the dealer there did not have single piece lug nuts available, just the same crappy two-different metal lug nuts. I have no idea why Ford would switch from a simple single materal lug nut. I am sure it was money. Someone needs to tell Ford that this needs not to be the customer problems. I cannot believe these are not under warranty of the car. This is not a part that should be subjected to any wear or tear. This was not Jamal's fault, this is problem of Ford's, and they need to fix this. More

To my shock, at the registration desk employees gathered mere inches from each other, peering over each other's shoulders at the computers, joking and laughing -- thereby spraying droplets all over, for su mere inches from each other, peering over each other's shoulders at the computers, joking and laughing -- thereby spraying droplets all over, for sure. Clearly they hadn't heard of "social distancing." After vehicle was serviced, the maintenance report accused this driver of "rejecting safety recommendations" from the mechanic. This is utterly false. The recommendation was some extra-fancy designer motor oil I know for a fact my car doesn't require. It was just the usual upsell they do at every auto service place in order to pad their bill. Last, I had my car washed with the last remaining coupon from my maintenance agreement. I waited a very long time, which I normally wouldn't mind; however, they did such a slapdash job I could hardly tell if anything had been cleaned (other than some wet spots on the windows). Not a good experience, from A to Z. More
