This is the second new car we have purchased from Richard and the 3rd car we have purchased from McMahon Ford. He was also excellent at anticipating questions we had and sharing information that made it easy for us to narrow down our choices and find the car we wanted. We didn't go in to actually buy a car that day but with his assistance we drove home exactly what we wanted that day. My husband bought his car from Richard 5 years ago and he likes the way Richard communicates after the sale without being annoying. You can tell Richard enjoys his job and loves what he sells by the enthusiasm he presents. Richard works out of the Pre-Owned Vehicle office but he definitely knows his new cars also.
