I told him I would BN in the next 30 minutes to look at the vehicle I would like to know before I get there so I don't waste your or my time.he said I understand perfectly I get it you're buying a like new car.without a response, I got to kingshighway and called I said just print up the carfax up I'll be there and 5 minutes. Not only did he lie about the Carfax but you didn't tell me on the phone about the two accident reports.I hopped in my car texted him please delete my number and don't call me about a car 30 minutes later he texted me GROW UP. ..... I don't know how the other salesmen are but I suggest to stay away from him. I do expect to look at a clean car when it costs 13990$. But I do understand some cars have some marks l, just wish he saved me my time like I asked. More

Not a Ford guy I had been talking with Rich for sometime but had not made it into the dealership. When it came time to finally get a different car I was turned back I had been talking with Rich for sometime but had not made it into the dealership.
