Josh was great / how my car was left not so much I appreciated the rental car for use while my car was having the airbag recall, to which I added the 35K maintenance stuff. It did not get finished in I appreciated the rental car for use while my car was having the airbag recall, to which I added the 35K maintenance stuff. It did not get finished in 1 day as I was originally told, but since I had the rental car, that wasn't an inconvenience. I do appreciate that Schicker always gives me a ride home & ride back if the service can't be done in the quick lane. Josh was great - answered all questions, pointed stuff out. Downside: apparently, either my glove box came open or it was opened. When my car was delivered to me, half the contents of the glove box were on the front seat of the car. As it was admittedly pretty over-packed, that was a lot of stuff to clean up. I have used Schicker ever since I bought my car in 2011, and this was the first time I found a mess. So I trust that is an anomaly. Despite a couple of issues, I still give Schicker 5 stars. I doubt I'd find a better dealer anywhere else. More
