Ike is Awesome! Ike was amazing. I told him what I wanted and he found it for me. I test drove it on Wednesday then came back in Friday to do the paperwork. It seems Ike was amazing. It seems that part always takes forever but it took less than 30 minutes for us to get it done which is awesome when you have a two year old. More

The issue was with how they handled our situation with my husband residing out-of-state and was not physically present to purchase the car with me. We obtained our own financing through our bank with all loan docs E-signed. First the Dealership said they could overnight the other docs to husband to sign. Then they said he had to come in to sign which would delay the purchase by several days. After 4 days passed they ended up emailing him some docs to sign, scan, and fax back to them. He never had go in and the delay was unnecessary which created all kinds of other problems for us given other schedule conflicts. And it was also as if they didn't know how to handle us having our own financing already arranged. They didn't know what to provide to our bank even though I forwarded to them the email from my bank stating exactly what was needed and how it had to be provided. It was just a long, drawn-out process that didn't have to take as long as it did. More
Very welcoming and easy. Ike was great. He answered all of our question in detail and was very friendly and personable. My wife and I never felt pressured at any point and Ik Ike was great. FIRST VISIT I had signed up online for a Quick Lane appointment but didn't get a response, so I was disappointed. Since I didn't get an appointment through the o I had signed up online for a Quick Lane appointment but didn't get a response, so I was disappointed. Since I didn't get an appointment through the online registry, I just drove in. To my pleasant surprise the rep was polite and professional; found my online registration and said he can't imaging why I didn't get a response. He got me right in and serviced the vehicle. I thought the service was quick, thorough and reasonably priced. I WILL have my future service done at Schicker Ford. More

Quick Lane - the Usual 1st Rate Customer Care I was greeted soon after I walked in. Check in was quick. Clear communication of service and recommendations for next service. Communication/computer system needs revision: I called weeks in advanced and spoke with a quick lane rep. When checking in, the technician said the appointment had not "come through". After a bit of checking, the appointment was located though it was not on their appointment schedule. 5 stars: 1. Mr. Jamal Jones was professional, kind, and friendly was able to get my car in and out with the usual wait time. 2. My car was professionally serviced. I will return. More
