Frustrating Well I took my car to Quicklane to get it inspected, didn't pass. The seatbelt didn't retract. I had to take it to service, where they looked at it an Well I took my car to Quicklane to get it inspected, didn't pass. The seatbelt didn't retract. I had to take it to service, where they looked at it and said I would have to buy a new one from the parts department. So I go over there to buy an extrremly expensive seat belt, that will be in the next day by 9. Go back to service and find out when they could put it in. Brought the car in the next day and wiated for one and half hours. To be told the seatbelt is bad and they have to get a new one. Two days later I bring the car in to finaly get it fixed. But now I think it was put in wrong, because it is rubbing the side. I have to find more time to bring it in again for them to look at it and really don't feel like setting there again. More

Came in for Air Bag recall The air bag was done quicker than planned. Service rep called to say brakes were about gone. I have just over 50,000 miles on the original ones and was wondering how long they would last. I was having symptoms braking at high speeds on interstates. I had them replaced as well as rotors. Found a FORD coupon and Kevin was able to apply it the repair. Years ago I had brakes done at a non FORD dealer and had problems. I always try to have my service done at Schicker. More
