Tire pressure light is on now i need to spend $130 to replace 1 sensor. seems like every time I go there is always a $100+ charge for something. I don't understand why 1 sensor is bad and not the others. It costs less than $25 for a four pack of sensors and yet it would cost me over $500 to replace them all at your service center. It just makes me sad that repair shops do this to their customers. More

QuickLane is Great; Don't Use Regular Dealer Service Center QuickLane is great. I can make an appointment. They are done when they say they are done. They call to let me know it's ready. And I can pick it back QuickLane is great. I can make an appointment. They are done when they say they are done. They call to let me know it's ready. And I can pick it back up easily. They are super polite and honest. I would go to the QuickLane anytime. Unfortunately I cannot recommend the regular Shicker service center (not QuickLane) after multiple horrible visits, but I almost never need to use them. They are separate from QuickLane. More

My husband and I live approximately 45 minutes from the dealership and while we have numerous other Ford dealerships in closer proximity to our home, we still feel it is worth the trek to visit Schicker Ford. The service is second to none - individualized and efficient. Most recently, we worked with manager Ike who listened carefully to our needs and promptly presented us with a vehicle that met all of our expectations. In fact, he was so spot on that we left with the first and only car that we test drove that day. Additionally, he carefully reviewed all available rebate options to ensure that we got the best deal, and Marc helped us to secure a financing package that fit our budget. I had initially been leaning toward a used car thinking that this would permit greater cost savings, and I was amazed that I was able to purchase a new vehicle at a price that I felt was comparable to the used inventory pricing at many places. Prior to leaving the lot, Ike spent a significant amount of time educating us on the features of the vehicle. Needless to say, we will continue to support and recommend Schicker Ford for any auto needs. More
