Don't clean your car before going there I've had great experiences with the Quick Lane and McMahon in general. This time I was replacing tires I had purchased last year and did not like at all. Job was done in reasonable time and rides well, but I was left aggravated at the exterior condition of my car. There were grease handprints on my passenger window and my wheels (one of which is new that they put on for me) were left horribly scuffed from putting the tires on. I even went to the car wash right away to clean my car and I still have scuff marks all over them. I will also say this is habitual any time I get my car serviced it's left rather dirty or scuffed up depending on the service. More
New car. I needed to buy a new car because mine was totaled as the result of a terrible accident. I limited my choices to the Ford EcoSport and the Chevrolet I needed to buy a new car because mine was totaled as the result of a terrible accident. I limited my choices to the Ford EcoSport and the Chevrolet Trax because both Ford and Chevy have dealerships in my neighborhood and I dont want to drive long distances for either service or maintenance. My research indicated that the cars were similar in both design and price. I ultimately chose Ford because my family has had positive experiences with the McMahon Ford before it was Schicker Ford Automotive Group and salesperson (Ike Bibas) who sold me my previous car and has sold my daughter three cars over the years. I owned my previous car for 7 years and had nothing but positive experiences from the service department when work was needed. I like the way Ike does business, no xxxxxxxx, no pressure just the facts. More
A job done well Service advisor Ron G. and Repair Technician Rich Hampton did an excellent job troubleshooting and diagnosing an intermittent transmission problem. It's unfortunate it took 2 trips to the service department to resolve the issue. After 1 attempt to use my 4WD on my F150 things worked the wat they should have. More

Quick lane service I made an appointment, was not required to wait at all for them to get my car in for service. Sat in the comfy waiting room, and was out of there in 3 I made an appointment, was not required to wait at all for them to get my car in for service.
