They also contacted Ford for us regarding a repair that would be a major expense to see if they will cover part of the expense for us. They even fixed a recall that we were not aware of while it was in for service. Stephanie took a lot of extra time to explain all of the repairs needed and what our options were and could not have been nicer or more knowledgeable. Upon pick-up of our car, Dave was so nice and explained all of the repairs to us and recommendations for further service. They delivered the car VERY clean (cleaner than when we took it in), and looking sharp! More
