Frustration I understand that it is not the service technician's fault that my Focus is out of warranty for transmission replacement, but all the techs should be I understand that it is not the service technician's fault that my Focus is out of warranty for transmission replacement, but all the techs should be on the same page- don't tell someone during a visit that the warranty is until 2020, then another tech say "no, your warranty expired in March"... Get it together. As for Ford, if you put a faulty product on the road, own up to it and fix the problem. Permanently, with a better product. In the technician's own words- "they're basically giving everyone the middle finger" More

battery replacement Quick Lane Service? I don’t think so. Check in service was fine.But took way too long waiting for parts to arrive by courier service. Even more annoyi Quick Lane Service? Even more annoying I had to return next day cause technician forgot to install battery cover. The technicians and courier service were definitely weakest links in the chain. Someone needs to light a fire under both. Service was anything but quick. Suggest a name change is in order. More

Got an oil change with rotation of my tires I had an oil change and got my tires rotated, the service was great. I thought I need new brakes but it turned out to be that my brakes need to be cle I had an oil change and got my tires rotated, the service was great. I thought I need new brakes but it turned out to be that my brakes need to be cleaned. I brought my vehick=le in at 7:30 am and I was out no later than 9:45 am. Great, fast service is what I received. More
