We are sorry you still feel this way, we have done what we can to try and resolve the issues on our end. The popping noise which turned out to be a wheel bearing, we ordered the parts and repaired that. Then a concern of front end damage was addressed post repairing the wheel bearing. As for the vehicle history report we provide an AutoCheck report which indicated no accident, we are not subscribed to CarFax so for further reporting we were not aware of there being an accident unfortunately.
