Mediocre The wait time was really really long . I get you're busy and all, but the wait was just really long. I did get helped with right away which was nice. The wait time was really really long . But the car I had looked online at, and called ahead of time about my interest in it, ended up having break issues. I was then told that the car would not be ready for a couple of days. Then about 2hours later, its ready. So that was really nice. More

The works package I have used Quick Lane for service for the last 6 years have always been pleased I still this visit.the tech that worked on my new diesel truck did n I have used Quick Lane for service for the last 6 years have always been pleased I still this visit.the tech that worked on my new diesel truck did not have a clue. This service usually takes about 45 minutes Tues it took a hour and a half he used a 12 point socket on the lug nut switch tore up the chrome he had no clue where the oil filter was I had to tell him oil was spilled on the engine and I got to smell it burning off on the ride home and I am still cleaning greasy hand prints off my fenders I suggest this so called tech get additional training or he go elsewhere I don't want to see my truck treated this way again if it happens again I will have my truck serviced elsewhere. I don't want to do that because I have bought all my cars and trucks from schicker Ford since 1993 I would hate to see that end because of one bad employee More
