You did what was expected and a bit more! You accomplished my first servicing with no problems, and completed a recall repair wit no problems either. The one thing that didn't happen was there was another recall item for the rear gate that I was unaware of until the day of servicing (received notice in the mail that day). It would have been nice to get that completed while my truck was in for service, and saved me another trip. Other than that everything went well! More

Unexpected Visit (but great service experience ) I went to the Quicklube for routine service and to check my battery which appeared to be dying. They concluded it was bad and sent me to the main ser I went to the Quicklube for routine service and to check my battery which appeared to be dying. They concluded it was bad and sent me to the main service center to have them do further diagnosis. Upon review of Q’s paperwork they quickly concluded my car needed a new battery. While I was not on their schedule and they were very busy, they took in my car and promptly installed the new battery. I was very appreciative of their professionalism and courtesy of not having to make another appointment and go through unnecessary additional diagnostics. More
