Above and Beyond I needed a new headlight and when I got there yesterday Quick Lane had just closed due to weather/hazardous driving conditions. Nevertheless, Marco sa I needed a new headlight and when I got there yesterday Quick Lane had just closed due to weather/hazardous driving conditions. Routine maintenance I had an appointment at 0900 for a routine oil change and tire rotation. (Scheduling this appointment took 4 phone calls and 40 minutes of my time.) A I had an appointment at 0900 for a routine oil change and tire rotation. (Scheduling this appointment took 4 phone calls and 40 minutes of my time.) After I was able to speak with a representative after initially being dismissed by another employee, I inquired about the length of time for completion. Being told well over an hour because we still haven't started the 0830 appointments is not acceptable. Oil change itself was uneventful. Department as a whole could improve upon its customer service.
