Worst oil change ever. Getting less MPG after this visit. Had an appointment, but wasn’t seen until a hour after appointment. Idle seems to have been turned up when declining unneeded suggested sale visit. Had an appointment, but wasn’t seen until a hour after appointment. (There is a window visible into the maintenance area and at no time did I observe a tire rotation.) More

Salesman was ok and tried to make things right but certain things simply look bad on the company and make it hard to return. The truck I ended up purchasing was being used as a demo for one of the em certain things simply look bad on the company and make it hard to return. The truck I ended up purchasing was being used as a demo for one of the employees. Unfortunately the shicker employee driving the truck thought it would be a good idea to smoke cigarettes in the truck while he was using it. He also decided to use the truck bed as an ashtray, leaving 50+ ciggerette butts in the bed of the truck. The inside of the truck smells like smoke and I get nicotine residue on my hands every time I drive it because it's embedded in the steering wheel. Not only that but I was informed that the person using the truck as his personal ashtray had also racked up an additional 5K miles on the truck which was not disclosed until after the deal was finalized. Most of these issues were not recognized until moments before I took the truck home. The truck was also sold without an oil change. Ultimately forcing me to waste another day at the dealership. So between the smoked out cab, ashtray truck bed and additional 5k Miles added by an employee, a future purchase from shicker is unlikely. I'd say save your money and visit another location or different dealer since shicker allows thier employees to treat thier used vehicles like crap. More
