30+ Days waiting on a part for Warranty Repair The rental experience with a Fiesta to an Explorer I had to return to a F150 was terrible. The US Back order on a part kept my F250 for more than 3 The rental experience with a Fiesta to an Explorer I had to return to a F150 was terrible. The US Back order on a part kept my F250 for more than 30 days at the shop. So unacceptable as to be hard for me to describe. After receiving my vehicle back the issue is starting to happen again which means I will have to take the truck back in this week and lose it for who knows how long. More
Service I only use this Dealership for Sales and Service.
