Service with a smile Jamal was the gentleman, I spoke with on the phone to set up a time to come in to have my brakes checked. They were making a grinding sound. I called on a Friday just before closing and he told me to come in the next day, saying they opened at 7 am and that they filled up fast. When I checked in at 7:05 am, Jamal was the person who took care of me. He remembered me calling. That was amazing. He was polite and smiled genuinely. He was quick to fill me in on what needed to be done and a couple of other things my car needed. My car runs beautifully, no more grinding! I was very pleased with the entire experience.
