Though the dealership has available appointment STL get you in, the interaction with the service reps is lacking. Using text to communicate priory to their closing that my car was never seen (again an 8 am you in, the interaction with the service reps is lacking. One of the best truck buying experiences I ever had. I met the GM and the owner as they greeted me when I arrived. They delivered my new F-250 which was exactly as advertised. John, their finance manager had all of the paperwork ready and he took me though the process, explaining my extended warranty options.
