No dealership within 200 miles came close to Jenni Bennett's polite response to every question and rapid delivery of our car. Anthony Chaney was a pleasure to work with and patiently explained and demonstrated the major features when we picked it up. Our local dealership, Key Auto Mall in Moline, IL couldn't come close to matching your price but assured us we would receive service as if we had bought it there. But after our second 1.5 hour oil change, this one with oil all over the inside of the drivers side door, we swore to never set foot on that lot again. So, now I'm torn between bringing it down to you or driving 40 minutes to the closest dealership which is in Iowa City. Sorry to vent through you but I guess it's what I get for saving a few hundred bucks the way I went. Scherer Mazda was a true pleasure to work with and may have received 5 stars had I done my service there instead. Feel free to pass this review on to Mazda. Stephen Decker More
