These folks have always done a great job. They tell me when something needs to be fixed and fix it. I just got anote from mazda saying i declined service. Battery Light Flashing and Changed Battery When I called the Mazda dealership this past Friday afternoon (June 12) and told them on what was wrong, Kyle said to bring it in and they would take When I called the Mazda dealership this past Friday afternoon (June 12) and told them on what was wrong, Kyle said to bring it in and they would take a look. Come to find out, my battery was leaking acid big time and I had a 5 year warranty, which I got it at AutoZone (the last Sunday of January of 2019). The battery should have lasted a whole lot longer than it did but who would have thought that it would go so quick. The service people put in the new battery plus cleaning up the acid that was left and it took less than 1 hour, from start to finish. I was very pleased with the excellent service that I got. More

Great Experience as Scherer Mazda. We were looking for a new or used smaller SUV. We have owned previous Mazda's so we knew they were a good car. We were driving a BMW and it was time to get a new vehicle. I will admit I was a bit spoiled driving a BMW, enjoying the quick get up and go and tight steering. My husband was also not excited about going to a SUV, but this is my car and he finally let me take the lead. We were pleasantly surprised at the quick pickup and response driving the CX5. We ended up looking at the 2020 because I wanted the Apple Play Connect. We had Ryan Menke as our sales person, and were very happy with his knowledge and help with the car. He drives one also so has been very helpful. We felt that they offered us a fair price, great warranty options and overall feel very good about the dealership and absolutely love the car. More
