My sales person Keri was very professional & knowledgeable. The person who did the paperwork was very condescending and he is the reason for my low rating. He even lied to me about my insurance knowledgeable. The person who did the paperwork was very condescending and he is the reason for my low rating. He even lied to me about my insurance company as he was trying to sell one of the service bundles. He also failed to give me the paperwork described in the Mazda certified pre-owned folder. He even quoted incorrect information regarding the warranty which was stated in the paperwork. When I mentioned Keri had given me different figures regarding the warranty he almost rolled his eyes before he looked up the figures & admitted that she was right.
