Tremendous Treatment and fighting for Customer!! Of course I must start with the man who did all of the work on my 2012 Ram 3500, 4x4, HO Cummins Dually!! Denny is the expert with 43 years experience and 30 years working on diesels!! As you can tell from the lead in, he took the time to listen, explain and show me all of the issues!! Imagine that, and interactive, productive, proactive interaction with a mechanic who knows what he is doing. He even listened to a recommendation from my supplier of an EGR Cleaner parts kit. He followed thier directions and is now making this process and recommended cleaner part of his repertoire!! Over $5,500 in work completed!! And a week later, I am very satisfied, especially since with what I consider a significant tear down, the truck runs great and my fuel economy is back at 16.2 to 16.7 mpg on a 1 Ton Dually!! At the end of the service, he met with me and went over in detail, what he did, how he improved the trucks performance and safety, and did a walk around of the truck answering questions I had on the repairs. He also pulled out a rear break bracket and showed me where it failed and how he set up the new one!! He even fixed my back seat that had simply come unhooked on the fabric... imagine that... an honest mechanic!! What more can I ask for. Next comes Kayla, the fighter!! Started things out by getting me a loaner as soon as she saw the amount of work needed and the complexities that came about with my non-Ram warranty company. Bottomline, Kayla made sure I was taken care of and put up with my continuous feed of questions and items to check on the vehicle!! Talk about patience of a saint!! Then she kept my warranty company in line!! She kept up the fight to make sure the maximum amount of repairs were covered. Recommend simply sticking with Ram extended warranty to avoid what the team and I went through!! Ram takes care of you, unlike these other companies. I can not list all of the feedback Kayla provided on the warranty company issues, OEM Parts warranty coverage, and the status of the truck, at the end on about a 4 hour basis!! And, made sure we had no issue with the loaner car!! Great job!! And even provided my first ever follow up on a truck repair!! Very cool!! Then Mike the Service Manager!! He does exactly what a leader should be doing!! He empowers his people to do thier jobs. This doesn't mean he is hands off or not watching as he is. On the other hand, if he doesn't have the answer, he doesn't xxxxxxxx you, he simply finds the answer and takes care of the team and the customer!! In the end, I found the prices and service to be probably the best Service Department I have ever worked with in 5 states, throughout the United States!! More

Wonderful people and excellent service I had only had my brand new Jeep Rubicon for two months before it was hit by another driver. I called crying for help and they were more than happy to I had only had my brand new Jeep Rubicon for two months before it was hit by another driver. I called crying for help and they were more than happy to be there for me! I got full support from the service team as well as Joe and Jeff who were with me the day I bought it. Kayla, in service, and Joe kept me up to date on everything going on with my vehicle. They were quick to get me estimates so I could get the other insurance company moving on payments to get my Jeep back on the road. Everyone at Scheidemantle knew this was my dream vehicle and they did everything to make it perfect! I would highly recommend this dealership for both purchasing a vehicle and for getting it serviced. The people there aren’t just there to make money, they genuinely seem to care about their customers! Excellent Customer Service and Advocacy I took my 2012 Dodge Avenger to this dealership for a routine oil change. I did not purchase my vehicle from them but, decided to go to Scheidemantle I took my 2012 Dodge Avenger to this dealership for a routine oil change. I did not purchase my vehicle from them but, decided to go to Scheidemantle because it is closer to home than the dealer I purchased my vehicle from and I had encountered problems with the previous Dodge dealer regarding the headliner repeatedly falling out of my vehicle. The previous dealer had "repaired" the problem with the headliner once but, when we encountered the problem again, they implied that we were causing the problem and they stated that Chrysler had denied the claim to repair it again. While I was at the service department at Scheidemantle, I asked the technician, AJ, to look at the headliner. He did a very thorough examination of the headliner, took a lot of pictures which he sent to me (the previous dealer would not provide me the pictures they submitted with the claim). AJ stayed after the normal business hours to complete the examination of my car. He showed me where it appeared that the headliner had been creased when the previous dealer was installing it, probably due to them not removing the windshield to properly install it, but instead trying to cram the headliner in without removing the windshield. AJ spoke with his customer service manager who consulted with Chrysler. The Scheidemantle service staff were excellent. They went to bat for us with Chrysler and called me with the Chrysler representative present. Chrysler approved to cover the cost of the repiars in full. Scheidemantle had to obtain services from a specialty glass shop to remove and reinstall the windshield after the new headliner was properly installed. The glass shop verified that the windshield had not been removed by the previous dealer. The process was extensive and took awhile for the repair to be properly completed. During the entire time my car was being serviced Scheidemantle provided me with a complimentary loaner car. They were very accommodating to my work schedule and again stayed beyond their normal business hours for me to return the loaner car and pick my vehicle up. When I thanked them for their great service, they replied that they only hoped that they could keep my business for routine servicing. And they absolutely will get my business! I was treated with respect and consideration throughout my dealings with the Scheidemantle service staff, a big contrast to how I was treated by the original dealer. We have not had a problem with the headliner since! It was truly a pleasure to experience great customer service, advocacy, and high quality workmanship from this dealership. I am grateful for the experience and highly recommend them! More
