I just bought a 2011 Toyota Camry. I thought the dealer, Rich Gregor, was very honest and gave me an excellent price. I was considering buying a Jetta but Rich got me a more expensive car for a lower price and a better interest rate. He was never pushy like some dealers tend to be. I told him what I was looking for in a car and he told me what cars would best meet those needs. I test drove three different cars and liked the Camry but felt it was a little too old feeling for me, I'm in my early 20's. He then suggested the Camry with the sports package and after a test drive I loved it! Rich was honest about the price and got me a great deal. When I bought my first car 7 years ago from a different dealership there was a lot of back and forth talk about prices and interest rates. There was none of that here, the price and interest rate Rich told me was exactly what showed up on the paperwork. It was quick and painless to complete the paperwork to purchase and finance the car. Do not even waste your time going to this dishonest Dealership. I made a deal over the phone on a used Honda Odyssey on a Friday with Rich Gregor. We agreed that I would test drive the vehicle and pick it up on Monday if everthing checked out to my satisfaction. I did this because I live in Wisconsin and it's a 90 min drive to the dealership. Monday morning I check my e-mails and Mr. Gregor had sent me an e-mail late Saturday saying the vehicle had been sold. Where I come from if you make a deal you stick to it. I would not recommend dealing with any car dealership that does not stand by their word. And you wonder why used car salesmen have such a bad reputation. More

The maintaintance of my car is handled by Brian Matuszewski and JB.JB is the only person who has worked on my car since I purchased it and I have not had any probs.The customer service that has been extended to me by Brian and this company is awesome.I may not have the most expensive car coming into the service dept, but the guys treat me like a queen and have taken such good care of my car. I had a problem with front end alignment in my 2009 Scion TC and somehow It couldn't get fixed at another dealer. /They sent me home with broken alignment twice/ I found them over internet reading customer reviews and a number of "stars" that have been given to them. First when I arrived I explained to my Service advisor Tim S. what is the problem with my car, and that it has alignment screwd up by another Toyota service and If they can't bring it back to perfection I don't want them to touch my car. Tim Stuart said that "good job is something that they can do every day", and he can take care of my TC the way that I ask for. And he mean it. My TC was serviced by Jim B. ...person who looks like the one who loves to do his job. He explained me everything I wanted to know. Told me what was wrong with car, what He can do to have it fixed and how is it gonna be after. Believe or not but it is really nice to drive my car now. I can find nothing to complain. I will let anybody know about the Highest level of service that they represent. But that could be achieved only having Tim S. and Jim B. as a team. You can be sure that you got me as a customer for now on. And I will do whatever it takes to let as many people I know about my service experience. Driving to perfection only with Schaumburg Toyota Service. Thank you. More

Don't trust this dealer and their service. They wanted to charge me $450 to solder a wire that was accidentally cut that connects the engine coolant system to the on-board computer.
