This dealer is not honoest and it just tries to over charge customers. From its website, the 120k Maintenance package for 2002 4Runner is $555.54. However, I was told by the service manager, Crag, that charge customers. From its website, the 120k Maintenance package for 2002 4Runner is $555.54. However, I was told by the service manager, Crag, that I have to pay extra $237 for this package for replacing PCV valve and Spark Plugs. I argued that the package should include that service. He even printed out a sheet with $237 as extra charge on it. Please see the attached details of the service package and it is clear that the PCV valve and Spark Plug replacement are included. I know the initial reaction to getting work done at a dealership is that they will overcharge you for the quality of work done or that they come up with bogus charges. That is NOT the case at Schaumburg dealership is that they will overcharge you for the quality of work done or that they come up with bogus charges. That is NOT the case at Schaumburg Toyota. They do a great job on all their work, and you can see that they take pride in what they do. The person I worked with, Steve, was great, and not only made sure I got the service I needed, but that there were no other major issues that needed to be addressed. This time there was not any major issues and my service was taken care of quickly and efficiently and without any hassle. I like the fact that Steve remembers who I am, and if he has done any work on my car recently. They must go through hundreds of cars on any given day, and yet he still remembers people and cars that he has worked on. I also like that I can do a full days worth of work at my job, and still be able to take my car in to get work done. I don't know of many other service departments that are open until midnight on a regular basis that is not considered emergency work or something of that extent. I drive out to the suburbs from Chicago for that reason. With the way gas prices are shooting up, and the time it takes to get out there, I'm sure it would be easier to go somewhere local to get work done on my car, but I have always had great service. I found Rich to be a very personable salesman. He gave me straight answers to all my questions and helped point me to the trim level that fit both my budget and my needs. I financed the car, and found the entire process to be quick, painless, and pleasant. Once the sale was complete and the car was delivered, Rich took the time to go over all the functions to make sure I knew how to operate all the components, including the power functions, radio, seats, and storage. I can't imagine having a more pleasant car buying experience and would recommend anyone looking to buy a car to see Rich. More

I have known Ricky for 16 years and he has always been friendly, remembered me and my car, and helped me get my car serviced. He always looks for the best way to keep the costs down on repairs. I had leased a 2009 Corolla approx 3 years ago and my lease was coming to an end, I met John in the sales area, we had sat down and he had explained all my options on how to proceed with either purchasin lease was coming to an end, I met John in the sales area, we had sat down and he had explained all my options on how to proceed with either purchasing the leased vehicle or buying a newer one, John was extremely helpful in assisting me and making sure what was my best for my interest.He took a good amount of time figuring out what was best for me and I greatly appreciated it. It was a pleasure doing business with John, Also I had the privilege of working with Mark matuszewski, in the service department, he had also explained to me what was needed for my vehicle and did not try and sell me items that were not needed , I agreed to his recommendations and Mark was kind enough to lend me a vehicle while working on mine, So I could go about my business with out having to worry about transportation, Again an extremely professional individual to work with and a great personalities on both of the gentleman listed above, I would highly recommend anyone of my friends or associates to use your dealership wheather it is purchasing a vehicle or getting service done, It makes the car buying and service experience alot more comfortable when dealing with individuals like John and Mark.
