The salesperson, James Flores, was very knowledgeable and listened to everything that I was looking for in a new car. He gave me some options to look over, without ever pressuring me to make a decision. After test driving a few cars, and taking the time to discuss everything with my wife, we finally came to an agreement on the Corolla. The entire process was painless as James Flores, Joe Shoemaker (and crew) were very helpful, and had all of the paperwork, along with my new car, prepared for me in a very short amount of time. I will definitely recommend Schaumburg Toyota to all of my family and friends in the future. More

The worst Toyota dealer. I went there to check out prius and wanted to buy the car but noone attended me there. All they did was to tell me to go out and see the car. I purchased a certified pre owned vehicle from this dealership. Two months after the purchase. The car began to cut off. Next, the car would not start. Being that I still owed a down payment, I received a call from a person by the name of Guy Drake very rude and combative. Currently, I am looking to work hand and hand to resolve all of the issues. Some of my friends already warned me not to go this place, but my wife went there just for oil change and asked what she experienced for light bulb. It's on and off while driving. The technician quoted me $250 for replacing one bulb and I refused it since the problem is wered and he told me it's not under warranty. Then, he charged $53 for just seeing the bulb. Actually they named it as diagnosis fee. He never mentioned the fee before checking and told me there is no free service when I complained it. He remade the invoice without that charge but he lost one customer and many potential customers too because I will share this story with as many people as possible. I just found that Toyota already settled that HID bulb problem under warranty and refund the charge if already paid to fix the problem. I will visit Elgin Toyota under warranty. Schaumburg Toyota charges so expensive for many others including smart key and making duplicate. If you look not experienced person for fixing car, they scare you to fix many other unnecessary things. This Toyota will be my last one. More

This dealer is not honoest and it just tries to over charge customers. From its website, the 120k Maintenance package for 2002 4Runner is $555.54. However, I was told by the service manager, Crag, that charge customers. From its website, the 120k Maintenance package for 2002 4Runner is $555.54. However, I was told by the service manager, Crag, that I have to pay extra $237 for this package for replacing PCV valve and Spark Plugs. I argued that the package should include that service. He even printed out a sheet with $237 as extra charge on it. Please see the attached details of the service package and it is clear that the PCV valve and Spark Plug replacement are included.
