It was the most pleasant experience I ever had buying a new car. I got a good credit price for my trade-in. I got an excellent price on the Camry. Ten minutes after Robert and I agreed on price, Tom in Finance had all the paperwork finished and ready to sign. He explained everything clearly, and there were no surprises or additional charges from what Robert and I had agreed to. Robert helped connect the bluetooth to my phone, set radio channels, and clearly explained how to use all the features of my new Camry. License plates and personal items from the trade-in were transferred to the new car. From choosing the car, a test drive, and paperwork completion, I was driving the new car off the lot in less than two hours quite satisfied with the purchase. It was a no-hassle, no-pressure, experience. I had visited other new car dealers, before finding Schaumburg Toyota. I was in the market for a 2012 Toyota Highlander Hybrid for my wife...I've vistited a few Toyota dealerships within a 20 mile radius of my home. I was met with mostly non-professional sales help...waste of time going to Elgin Toyota,St. Charles Toyota, and a few others in the area. Toyota makes a great vehicle...no question about that, the problem is the incompetence of their sales staff along with what I've seen is the leadership at these other dealers. I called my brother who had just bought a 2011 Toyota Highlander Limited and asked him for a recommendation on which Toyota dealer to purchase from and who to contact, with no hesitation..."no brainer - Schaumburg Toyota" he said. On our way we were, we pulled into the dealer and walked in without getting "attacked". We were met with a very cordial salesperson (Justin Tundac, he was an absolute pleasure to deal with. We were also introduced to the manager (Lane Gibson), who could not be anymore anymore professional. I could see why my brother bought his Highlander at Schaumburg Toyota. They both explained every detail of the vehicle from A-Z. The service is open til midnight...yes midnight!! No pressure buying experience for my wife and I. What i liked about Lane was his honest approach and directness when it came to finding what i wanted and and what i could afford. Lane was very diligent in finding the right car for me. The rest of the staff was also wonderful that really seemed to work like a team. When it came time to sign on the line it was an easy choice.
