I decided I wanted some aftermarket options for my new Rav4. The dealership was so understanding and helpful, because I have a very scheduled lifestyle. There was no problem in supplying me with a loaner vehicle during the time they needed to do all the work. When I went to pick up the car there was a very, very, very minor hiccup. Brian Matuszewski, the Night Shift Manager, took notice of it, apologized for it and personally took care of the issue. He kept me completely in the loop as the work was being completed. He personally made certain he was available when I finally picked up the car. He made me feel like a valued customer - I take that back - he made me feel like I was part of his family and he was going to make certain I had nothing short of the best of the best. My Rav4 is even more awesome than it was before and I couldn't be happier with the way the entire dealership has dealt with me. I am definitely a Schaumburg Toyota girl for life - any time I need any work done on my car or if I need a new one - I'm going right back to Schaumburg Toyota and nowhere else. More
This was my first time buying a New, New car. I must have seen 9 or 10 different dealers (including several other Toyota dealers). The Schaumburg Toyota Dealership is the ONLY dealer that didn’t harass have seen 9 or 10 different dealers (including several other Toyota dealers). The Schaumburg Toyota Dealership is the ONLY dealer that didn’t harass me with calls or talk down to me. Joseph Russano and CJ Manczko dealt very fair and openly with me. Joseph was great in making certain that I got the deal I wanted with all the amenities that made sense for me. He explained all the different options, with their pros and cons, so I could make informed choices. At the time of the deal CJ, the Manager, really made me feel like a valued customer by taking the time to go through the deal and make certain everything I wanted was included. After working with Joseph and CJ I am now a 100% Loyal Schaumburg Toyota Dealership customer. I HIGHLY recommend them and the dealership. More
They should be called "Scumbag Toyota"! They troll on Craigslist to try and get people in instead of paying for sites like legitimate dealers do. I had issue on my Engeen sign. They didn't say any thing and only issue on my Oxygen senser and I compare with same other Toyota dealer there was &150 difference of same work. I hated Schaumburg Toyata dealer.They doon't care customer just they want to collect money from your poket to them drawer. I would like to other customer make sure compare price with Elgeen Toyota. Best dealer I've ever dealt with hands down. I called in the morning on a prius thinking heh ill go and see it and nothing will happen. Everyone i dealt with was fantastic and I wouldnt go anywhere else for a Toyota ever again and i live 100 miles away one way. I bought a 2007 Ford F-150 there used with high mileage that immediately began to have problems upon driving it for about 30 minutes. As you can imagine I was expecting a fight, however I found him to be quite an exceptional guy. We took the truck to their mechanic, whom confirmed our findings. Despite having the vehicle sold as-is without any type of warranty, he offered to refund my entire purchase price or to split the cost of repairs. I couldn't find a comparable vehicle nearby anywhere so opted to repair it as we really did enjoy the truck and found it would be perfect for our business. My wife and I wanted it to be known somewhere that as of 3-15-12, they have a great GM over at Schaumburg Toyota that you can trust, Bill Hagaer. We really appreciate the efforts you made to not allow us such a negative experience. We wish you continued success and offer this information unsolicited. More

We recently bought a 2012 Prius V from Schaumburg Toyota and honestly, it was the best car buying experience my husband and I have had. A few days before visiting the dealer, I requested an online quote fr and honestly, it was the best car buying experience my husband and I have had. A few days before visiting the dealer, I requested an online quote from their internet department. They quickly responded with a quote and also another email from a salesman with his contact info. With that in hand, along with quotes from other nearby dealers and research from http://Truecars.com, we visited the showroom on Monday 2/20/12. We asked for the salesman who contacted us earlier and in no time where doing a test drive. When we finally sat down to talk prices, neither our salesman Joe R. or the sales manager, also Joe, pushed us about buying that day. They not only honored our quote, but counter offered below a competing dealer's quote. They were also not pushy about extended warranties or add-ons, even going so far to say some of the warranties were kind of pricey for what we need. They quickly ran our credit and assembled all the purchase/loan documents. I think we saw the finance officer for 10 minutes (I think it helped that we had good credit). We were out of the door within 2.5 hours, including the test drives. I would definitely recommend going there again. More
I have nothing but bad experience regarding my Sienna. I bought 2011 Sienna in 2010. That time I paid for Protection Plus package only to find later that the dealer never applied it. But in the process the effectiveness was not the same. Recently I did 15K service on Sienna (part of 2 yr 25K package from Toyota). During the 20k service theother dealer told me that Schaumburg Toyota should have changed the cabin air filter (dealers are paid for that). Schaumburg Toyota just cleaned it and put the same back in the car. Please be very careful when dealing with this dealer. More
