When my dad spoke to Robert Wesley he felt respected. When my mother and I spoke to him we felt he was talking down to us. When I asked him to give me a couple of options like pricing and deals for the sports model corolla, the base model and an LE model he was rude and rushed me off the phone and never got back to me on questions I asked. Also, my mom and I were trying to get two cars together, but since I have better credit Robert told me privately that I should just get my car and forget about being on a loan with my mom if she does not qualify and can not get a car then that is her problem. I thought that was not his place to come between a mother and a child, especially not how things were sad on the sly. More

On the day I took my car in for service, I was greeted very politely by Craig. He was very interested and concerned as to why I brought my car in for service. Even other employees that I passed along the way were also very friendly. Before I knew it Craig came and told me that they were almost finished with my car. Also, the brake job that I was concerned about could wait until my next oil change. So I can say that I had a very good experience and a couple of good cups of coffee while I waited. More

Zaya made this car buying experience stress free. I have bought new cars in the past and was unsure as to buying a used car. Due to many things in my life a used car was all I could do this time. Service advisor Brian was great experience and wrote everything that expected to be done down to wash and dry car, i kinda lough about being very specific drying car after wash, but car porter still fai everything that expected to be done down to wash and dry car, i kinda lough about being very specific drying car after wash, but car porter still failes to dry car. Service department i would suggest to have more service writer, due to i waited almost 20 minutes before i was entertain. Also my coupon for oil change service was honored with Brian but by the time i was taken to cashier i ended up paying for full price, i didn't noticed till i look at my service receipt at home. Not very happy with car not being dry and charge full price oil change, it would be fine if i did not have coupon handy. More

Let me start by saying I hate buying new cars and was not looking forward to the process. Fortunately, my sales guy was Zaya Ochana. I have to tell you, Zaya did everything right. Knowing that, Zaya worked hard to expedite the process so I could keep the time commitments I had that day. Next I met with the “finance guy”. At this point I thought things would get a bit less enjoyable. Fortunately, I was wrong. Thomas Sayasane was also extremely professional, informative, and friendly. He explained to me the various additional options without attempting to pressure me and also worked quickly to expedite the process on my behalf. It was a pleasant surprise and one which completed the sales process in a very positive manner. The sales Professional Zaya Ochana Was very nice and friendly and he work with his manager Joe Shoemaker to make our experience buying a Toyota the best car experience we ever had.! The car my wife wanted was a White 4 runner with all the bells and whistles and it had to come from another Toyota dealership, Zaya got the car on his day off and gave me a call that night and told me that I could come in and pick it that would have to cleaned and ready to go. Zaya Ochana stayed late and spend a hour going step by step with my wife so she understood every feature about the car, along with setting up her phone to the car for the hands free calling.. I never written a review for something I have purchased, but I feel The Schaumburg Toyota really cares about the cars they sell, and the people they sell them to.I would highly recommend this dealers.
