I recently bought a new Toyota Tundra through Isaac and Zaya at Schaumburg Toyota. I originally saw a 2012 demo Highlander on their Website and inquired about the price online. When I got the quote, I e-mailed back to see if I could view the vehicle the next day. I never got a response from the original guy I was speaking with, but I got odd introductory emails from another sales person that had nothing to do with my appointment. I stopped by anyway and ofcourse they couldn't find the car or the sales person. After about 15-20 minutes (they had no record of my e-mails with internet sales either) I was told the car was being used by an Office Manager and it was her day off. They told me they would call me later in the day and let me know when I could view the car. In the interim, I drove to another dealership to test drive another demo Highlander, since I had not driven a Highlander before. When I got home that afternoon, the Highlander I had been corresponding with Schaumburg Toyota about had disappeared from the Web site. They never called to schedule a time nor did they call to tell me it was no longer available. Later that week I'got a rather inappropriate e-mail from the internet sales group asking why I hadn't responded. I just ignored it. In the end, I purchased a brand new 2013 Highlander at a different dealership that wasn't playing games and it was actually a better deal. Overall, I would not recommend Schaumburg Toyota. They just played a pretty immature game and acted too busy and above me to interest me in spending $43K with them. More

Dont remember the name of the salesman I dealt with, but he is not listed here. Was a pushy guy, made the mistake of leaving my contact details when all I wanted was a test drive. The used car I was looking at was NOT worth the "reduced" price, and they made it out that it was already halved in price when no one in their right mind would consider such a car at their "original" price! I will not support pushy salesman and will buy my car at another dealership. More

My experience was great. Not many people can say that about a dealership. Isaac and Zaya helped me to get a used reliable vehicle that fit my budget and my credit situation. I was a Justin's neighbor for a year and would always see him driving a new Scion and finally made the connection that he's probably a manager. Well I was correct and boy did he hook me up. I wanted to trade him driving a new Scion and finally made the connection that he's probably a manager. Well I was correct and boy did he hook me up. I wanted to trade in my 2006 Prius and was a little upside down but he worked with me. I was able to make the down payment with their help and my monthly payments were where I wanted them to be, especially given how much I owed on my Prius. I ended up leasing a 2012 Scion TC and have loved every minute of it so far. I also want to note how hard he tried to get the color(s) I wanted. I was at a disadvantage because it was the very end of the 2012 models and would only drive a manual. He gave me some options for a black manual TC but it turned out they were dealer cars and already had a lot of miles. Cement was my next option, but the only three available within 500 miles were the same story, minus one that had already been sold but not picked up. So I settled with the white model in manual that I had test driven. If I wanted my payments to be a little more I could have went with a 2013 TC manual in black, but I went for the practical approach and went with 0% on my 3 year lease for the manual white TC. The military discount helped a lot too, $1000 off! When I think about this transaction the only part that took forever was finding the color I wanted, and that wasn't something I feel anybody would have done, but Justin did, and I'm glad he looked as long as he did. The financials part of it was a breeze. Usually I am waiting for hours only to keep denying the amount they say. But we always had a good number in mind. More

Also what sets Zaya apart from the rest of the salesman is that even long after the sale his services are available should any questions or concerns arise.
