Many people helped me at Schaumburg Toyota and I had a wonderful experience. Rich Gregor confirmed my Internet quote from the Consumer Reports Build and Buy, so I knew the sale price before coming in. Fr wonderful experience. Frank Brodsky was a great salesman to work with, answering all my questions and pointing out the features on the car during our test drive. When the model with the specific features I needed was not on stock Thursday night Frank and Jon Eversen the sales manager was able to locate it at another dealership and have it there at Schaumburg Friday the next day. Jon also wanted to make sure I understood what the total price after all the taxes and fees before I put the deposit down Thursday night, which I was very impressed with. Mike Jackson in sales was also very helpful. Tim Breston in finance explained the features on the extended warranty customized to how many miles I drive per year on average so it was nicely tailored for me. I had some features requiring dealer installation which was delivered ahead of when promised. Their service department is open till midnight so I could bring it in after work and get the work down right away. Also Chris Herbig the service manager answered all my questions and gave me his card with his hours to contact him if I had any questions down the road. So their whole process was very customer oriented and I had a great experience with Schaumburg Toyota and I would highly recommend them. More
While dealing with your representative Robert Wesley he was very pushy and very inconsiderate when dealing with my daughter and I. We also received a letter thanking us for our recent purchase and we ended up taking our services to Elgin Toyota when we were treated like this, so I am not sure why we would have received a letter thanking us. I would like the comfort in knowing nothing has been done with mine or my daughters information. We have since sent a letter to the general manager of Schaumburg Toyota, Chris Haley and the customer relations manager in corporate Joen. When my dad spoke to Robert Wesley he felt respected. When my mother and I spoke to him we felt he was talking down to us. He constantly cut us off as we were talking and he constantly showed us things o When my mother and I spoke to him we felt he was talking down to us. When I asked him to give me a couple of options like pricing and deals for the sports model corolla, the base model and an LE model he was rude and rushed me off the phone and never got back to me on questions I asked. Also, my mom and I were trying to get two cars together, but since I have better credit Robert told me privately that I should just get my car and forget about being on a loan with my mom if she does not qualify and can not get a car then that is her problem. I thought that was not his place to come between a mother and a child, especially not how things were sad on the sly. More
On the day I took my car in for service, I was greeted very politely by Craig. He was very interested and concerned as to why I brought my car in for service. He listened to what I had to say as to the cost and or potential postponing any major repairs . Then he filled out the paperwork and I went to the waiting area. Even other employees that I passed along the way were also very friendly. Before I knew it Craig came and told me that they were almost finished with my car. Also, the brake job that I was concerned about could wait until my next oil change. So I can say that I had a very good experience and a couple of good cups of coffee while I waited. More

Zaya made this car buying experience stress free. I have bought new cars in the past and was unsure as to buying a used car. Due to many things in my life a used car was all I could do this time. Service advisor Brian was great experience and wrote everything that expected to be done down to wash and dry car, i kinda lough about being very specific drying car after wash, but car porter still fai everything that expected to be done down to wash and dry car, i kinda lough about being very specific drying car after wash, but car porter still failes to dry car. Service department i would suggest to have more service writer, due to i waited almost 20 minutes before i was entertain. Also my coupon for oil change service was honored with Brian but by the time i was taken to cashier i ended up paying for full price, i didn't noticed till i look at my service receipt at home. Not very happy with car not being dry and charge full price oil change, it would be fine if i did not have coupon handy. More
