I have been servicing my Toyota vehicles at Schaumburg Toyota for just about 10 years now (more than a total of 100 visits), and would not think of going anywhere else. Our current vehicles were purchased at Schaumburg Toyota and it is where we plan to purchase our new vehicles, with a main reason being your service department. These employees are knowledgeable, well trained, and stand by their product (service). Most of the time I wait to work with Brian Matuszewski due to his extreme professionalism, knowledge and fairness. When I have had service issues that were not able to be easily diagnosed, Brian's tremendous persistence in finding the source of the issue was incredible. Another 2 outstanding features of your service department are the hours and loaner car if absolutely necessary. Most service personnel are friendly and very helpful. Your business practice at Schaumburg Toyota Service (and Sales) is second to none!!! More

I visited Schaumburg Toyota this week in need of additional training on my new car. Matthew Weislo, Sales Professional, was asked to help me. Chris Herbig was verry good as a service rep. but the price and timeliness was very poor. I needed two new sensors, but they were not in stock so I had to wait wait 5 days for the sensor to arrive. The tech took 15 minutes to detect the problem and it took 30 minutes to replace the sensors. At a posted labor rate of $117 the labor charge should have been $88. When I questioned Chris concerning the charge he told me it is a standard charge. I have studied Toyota's TPS, been to several of their plant and have a good understanding of Toyota's standardized work. If this happened in Toyota's factory they would change the standardize work including tac time. So why doesn't standardize work apply to the service organization? I bought my car, a Rav 4, at Schaumburg Toyota 7 years ago and have had all my service done at there service department. but after an experience like this it is hard to believe I haven't been taken by Schaumburg's service departrment. One last comment it is easier to keep a customer than to find new ones. More
I rarely write any reviews at all but Justin Tandoc and Jerry Mcduffie was awesome and Exceptional!!!!! Very Very Professional and I did not feel that I was being pressured on buying anything. I HAVE DEALT WITH SEVERAL SALESMEN IN THAT TIME BUT THE ONE 1993....I TRADE MY CAR IN EVERY TWO YEARS AND HAVE HAD A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE DOING SO.. The dealer was AWESOME!!! We love this place Justin sold us an Avalon in the past and we liked him so much that we came back and he hooked us up again!!!! The day I had bought my car Phenomenal experience. I've gained a brand new respect for Toyota Schaumburg the second I purchased a Scion from there. The day I had bought my car, I initially was just going in to service my sister's tC for her. And while waiting for the service to be completed, I headed towards the showroom just out of curiosity. There, a member of Schaumburg Toyota introduced himself as Justin (Tandoc). Turns out he's a Sales Manager. Really cool guy too. We exchanged small conversation and when I told him I was very interested in the FR-S's but wasn't sure if I was able to even buy one. He gladly got that checked out for me with the help of a Sales Consultant named Peter Yanev. Once I was cleared, they got right to work. I was absolutely ecstatic. Justin was making calls and doing an amazing job to best cater to my financial needs. While he was busy, Peter and I went out and test drove the exact FR-S I wanted to buy. That was hands down the best test drive of my life. Peter was very informative and as well as very friendly. We return to the dealership and Justin has things well into motion. We finalize things and I'm sent to meet with Joe Janicki, a Finance Manager, to put everything down in paper. Joe made a very courteous effort to speed things up because he knew I had class coming up soon. He was very friendly and I kept letting him know not to worry and I'll make into class on time but, he still gave me 100%. I was impressed with this whole experience here at Schaumburg Toyota. The sales team I worked with was really honest with me and they just didn't see me as a customer but, also treated me like I was family. I know it's probably a long time from now but, once Scion or Toyota release new cars into their inventory that spark my interest, I'm definitely going back because I now know I can trust them. More

I just bought my first brand new car today.(scion tc) and man they continue to surprise me with their good customer services. Im just about to turn 21 this month and I have very limited knowledge about car buying and stuff. But the staff of schaumburg toyota/scion was able to help me walk through all the procceses. Justin Tandoc was one of the most helpful person I have ever met. He treated me like his own younger brother and helped me in so many ways that really made my first brand new car purchase a very unforgetable experience. He was there since the beginning and he made sure that I was able to get the best deals. If I was able to give an advice to someone who is looking to get their first car, specially to the young buyers, I would highly recommend Schaumburg scion/toyota. More
