Terrible customer service. They have what seems like very accommodating hours, but the service is absolutely the worst. Not only are the service team members incompetent - my car was to have the tires replac accommodating hours, but the service is absolutely the worst. Not only are the service team members incompetent - my car was to have the tires replaced with snow tires in the front (Nokians that I brought) and have the replaced tires put in the back seat. They didn't bother to check the back seat for the snow tires, rotated the tires instead and then managed to return the car to me with the front driver tire leaking air. - Not the Service Leads fault for the job being done incorrectly, but he does get the blame for not catching it before the keys were handed to me. This isn't the first time these morons have made stupid mistakes like this - I once 3 years before this - took my car to have the snow tires put on and they somehow managed to flatten it, then I had to wait 3 hours for them to find a new replacement, they then returned it to me with the the wheel lock missing. The sad this is most of the employees are cool people and friendly, they just suck in the "being competent and reliable" department. Bunch of turds for brains... the previous reviews about their high pressure sales tactics are accurate as well... the only reason they didn't screw me was because I didn't really want a Toyota from here in the first place and I let them know it when I walked in.- I only went in to appease the female I was with who insisted.. Note to any customers who still go here: Insist on checking out the "repair", especially in the dark hours, take a look while the car is still inside the well-lit garage and MAKE SURE the work that is promised is done before leaving. And DO make a hell of trouble when you notice it isn't - more than likely it won't be done well or at all at this place. More
This is a place infested with crooks and liars. The "crook culture" is promoted by their own service manager Mr Mike Kruger. I have been getting my Camry serviced with them over a period of 5 years and "crook culture" is promoted by their own service manager Mr Mike Kruger. I have been getting my Camry serviced with them over a period of 5 years and slowly found out that they never fixed anything that they charge for. I was charged $800 for Brake and rotor work....and guess what, all they did was re-surfaced the rotors and passed them off as new. Same thing for brake pads....I took the car to another private mechanic who said that the "new" brake pads were barely having 30% life on them. In a nut shell, they are daylight thieves. They exploit on people who feel secure by having their cars serviced by dealerships only. Bullshit! I have been going to Firestone since then and they at least do what they promise. More
My overall ecperience at Schaumburg Toyota was great. When i first walked in was greeted promptly and told them i wanted to look around and they let me look without being hounded. Once i was ready they w When i first walked in was greeted promptly and told them i wanted to look around and they let me look without being hounded. Once i was ready they were more than ready to help me. I was in interested in a 2010 Toyota Camry and they had a good selection available. I found the vehicle i wanted the color i wanted most of the options i wanted were available. They allowed me to go on a longer test drive took the vehicle to the wife and family to show them the vehicle they liked it. I came back to the dealership to work with my salesperson on the pricing the sales manager that came in was very pleasant and he helped me out in all areas of my purchase no back and forth haggling as much some but came to a reasonable price on the vehicle so i decided to purchase the vehicle that day. It was a very pleasant experience at Schaumburg Toyota and i would recommend to family and friends. The purchase process was very painless and the whole purchase only took an hour and a half after i got back to the dealership which is impressive. Once again thank you and anybody who is in the market for a Toyota should check out Schaumburg Toyota. I hope their service department is as good as their sales department because i will be bringing it there for service. More
I was very impressed with the friendly professional way I was treated from the moment I walked in. When I walked into another dealership, a woman alone, they ignored me. Isaac, my salesman was patient with me because I didn't know what I wanted. He showed me that the Avalon was the perfect car for me. He brought me to Leah who offered me really good financing and was very quick and knowledgeable. More

I strongly rec Don't trust this dealership. They will not honor their promises. I wonder how they are still able to get-on with these practises. I strongly recommend to look for another dealer if you want to have a pleasant sale and after-sale experience. I called the dealership to buy a new Toyota Rav4 SUV and discussed the various options over the phone initially. I took a note of the things discussed After I went to the showroom it was a completely different experience. The Manager/ Sale Persons will not honor what they say over the phone. They will markup the pricse so high and will try to squeeze you as much as possible. They wasted all my time and in the end I realized it was just a game they are playing. I have seen couple of customers shouting and leaving the store saying they are scamsters. More
I'm a polite older single female. I walked into the dealership and was totally ignored. After several minutes I walked over to a desk where two younger looking salesmen were sitting and asked for help. dealership and was totally ignored. After several minutes I walked over to a desk where two younger looking salesmen were sitting and asked for help. They then argued over who had to help me ("I'm pretty busy" "Can't you help her?" "I have to finish this" etc.) Finally one of the guys reluctantly asked what I wanted. I told him I wanted information on a certain model car that I was interested in buying. He gave me incorrect information about the size of the engine on the car (I knew he was wrong because I had researched it on the internet. I later confirmed he was wrong.) When I left he did not even get my name. My impression was that he was a male chauvanist who only wanted to deal with "the man of the house" and couldn't waste his time on a woman. I will be buying a new Toyota but he won't get my business. More
This place is indeed a place where crooks thrive. I bought a warranty extension on my corolla and they never lived up to warranty contract. I was new to the country then and didn't know about laws that bought a warranty extension on my corolla and they never lived up to warranty contract. I was new to the country then and didn't know about laws that govern this warranty contract. Had i known, i would've sued this company. To think that i bought the car from them!!!! When the warranty extension(which i paid for) kicked in, they find numerous excuses to deny any claim... Take your business elsewhere and AVOID this place..... More
These folks are the worst I've ever dealt with! After market wheels were installed on my Camry prior to purchasing it, and were listed on the sticker as genuine Toyota wheels! I had a flat tire, and was market wheels were installed on my Camry prior to purchasing it, and were listed on the sticker as genuine Toyota wheels! I had a flat tire, and was unable to change it because no wheel lock was provided. I had to have the car towed 70 miles back to the dealership, where they were still unable to locate a wheel lock, or even tell me who had manufactured the wheels - I think they fell off the back of a truck somewhere! My car sat at the dealership for four days (I had to pay for the loaner car!!) until, by chance, a visiting mechanic happened to find a wheel lock that fit my wheels - totally a lucky break for me, as they were going to have to cut the wheels off my car to replace them. I never received any compensation for the tow, the rental car or anything - I didn't even get an apology! Then, to add insult to injury, they tried to charge me for the wheel lock key! These guys are so crooked it makes my skin crawl to think about dealing with them. More
I bought my Corolla with cash 2 years ago and I still have not received the title. These guys are crooks! Their motive is not a pleasant customer experience but rather a way to fleece them to the maximum extend possible. Spoke to the customer relations manager regarding my experience a customer experience but rather a way to fleece them to the maximum extend possible. Spoke to the customer relations manager regarding my experience and she was completely unapologetic about it (she actually said what they do was perfectly ethical!). I dont think misrepresenting MSRP is legal. I dont think making discriminatory statements is appropriate. They do not even comply with the pre-delivery service that Toyota requires (some of them that are required by LAW!). If they diverted 1% of the time they spend on thinking about conning the customer into complying with code and treating customers well, they would do much better. More
