This was the single worst service and customer service experience I have ever had in my life. Beginning in December the dealership ordered parts that took 1 month to come in, then I had to wait over a wee experience I have ever had in my life. Beginning in December the dealership ordered parts that took 1 month to come in, then I had to wait over a week for a service appointment. After dropping my car off then kept it for nearly a month trying to fix one thing after the other without ever calling to update me on what was going on. I would think for Lincoln who wants to be seen as a luxury brand that the service component would come with it. DO NOT expect luxury service from Bob Rohrman Lincoln. I went so far as to have a conversation with the GM who wouldn’t take my call. I was handed off to multiple service advisors. If I wanted to know what was wrong with my car I had to be the one calling and seeing what was going on. It got so bad that I finally called Lincoln Customer service to step in and have them handle it because the dealership was so bad at following through with what they said they would do. It always get like as the customer I was nothing but a problem to them. I extended multiple olive branches and just wanted to be kept informed as to what was going on with my car from early January to mid February. I wish I had a better story but will ultimately be looking for another Lincoln dealership even if it’s further away simply for a better customer service experience. If the price is good but it there but DO NOT get it serviced there. You will be upset and disappointed, guaranteed. More
The dealership was like any other dealership. I was greeted by two people and one of the salesmen took me to his desk. The salesmen definitely tried to make a conversation and I appreciate that but I came into buy a car and leave. What I expected an hour or two visit turned into a four hour plus purchase. The salesmen lied too, idk why he quoted me at 5.9% interest rate and when I go to the finance manager it was over a whole percentage point. Then TJ said I can pass Monday for my key fob and it’s been over a week with no clear answer. Just keeps re-hashing on we will let you know when the tech is in. Very poor professional on all parts. Not like I got the best of deals either - they could not fix the chrome noir budge much in price and TJ quoted the incorrect interest rate. More
