Rohrman to the rescue! I already had in mind that I wanted a 2017 Lincoln MKZ. Iwasthisclose to purchasing this same type of vehicle from another company, when an unsee I already had in mind that I wanted a 2017 Lincoln MKZ. Iwasthisclose to purchasing this same type of vehicle from another company, when an unseen circumstance happened with the vehicle - it was damaged and they had to repair it! I nixed that deal, went over to Bob Rohrman's Schaumburg website - saw the vehicle I wanted...in the exact color (I couldn't find it anywhere else), along with some interior amenities that sealed the deal. And. It was cheaper and I was able to secure a much lower A.P.R., which was a bonus! Within that same day, I was contacted by representatives who provided me with information to get approved quickly and set up a time (the next day) to view the vehicle and get the purchase started. I loved the car! I was planning on being in the dealership for "hours", but I was in and out in under a couple of hours! Standup team they have over at Bob Rohrman's Schaumburg Lincoln, I would highly recommend anyone planning on purchasing a new or certified vehicle to give them a call or stop on in! I'm in MKZ Heaven. More

quick sale, no customer service after from management bought a used car. The vehicle had one key, there was a quick agreement that the new key cost would be split and since then, no return email or call f bought a used car. The remote start also does not work and that too will become our problem. the sales person, Tom that we originally met could not be more helpful or professional but the rest of the bunch just want to sell cars fast and be done. Also beware, they thought we needed ETCHING of the VIN? even our insurance agent never heard of this!! More
