This is my 3rd time in the last 2 years purchasing a vehicle and we spent multiple days working with dealerships, this is by far the worst one i have been too. Guy who sold me the car was nice, his boss vehicle and we spent multiple days working with dealerships, this is by far the worst one i have been too. Guy who sold me the car was nice, his boss “the owner” was condescending, unwelcoming and just completely unhinged he was okay losing a deal because of his “ego”. They were suppose to call to make an appointment on a service he was adding on have yet to call. I have called and texted. The car’s start stop feature did not work as well and i was unaware and no one told me which is exactly the reason i bought this car! They were also suppose to “look at it” bur now i have to waste more of my time taking it to the dealership because they can’t do anything.. per the man in service that helped none. Mind you that we live over 2 hours away, i can’t drop the car off and leave it there. It would have been nice to know this before purchasing a 33k vehicle. They tried to sell us every warranty and deal in the world which we turned down so then he proceeded to cranked my rate by 3%(i worked at a dealership before) the guy was nice but i also know that they can find lower, which he sat there and denied. I have perfect credit there is no reason for me to be paying 8%. I would have bought somewhere else but my car was totaled and i had no choice or time. From working at a dealership for a long time to being to so many, i could tell you this place is not the one you want to get warranty nor a car from. Much more reliable and friendly places around. Process took nearly 5 hours. Never in my life has it been more then 2 maybe 3. I read all the already terrible reviews and did not listen. Lessoned learned. More

The worst car buying experience of my life. I understand that the car market sucks right now but these people will tell you anything to get a sale and will leave you hanging on everything. I understand that the car market sucks right now but these people will tell you anything to get a sale and will leave you hanging on everything. I would never recommend this dealership. 1. Lied to about interest rate. Sales Manager (Bob Sharpe) quoted me one rate and Finance (Jerry, who has since left the company) added 2.5% to finance documents. I didn’t care because I was going to pay the car off right away, but this shows their character. 2. Bought this car remote and the photos they had posted did not reflect the actual condition of the car. Mileage was 1k higher in docs vs photos, curb rash on 2 of the wheels and the service light was on when I received the vehicle (not shown in their photos). 3. Lied about willingness to “make issues right”. I had the service light turned off and they agreed to pay the $200, to the point that the used car manager Jovonn) said the check was going in the mail. 3-4 weeks later still no check and they said they had “new management and wouldn’t be investing more money in the car”. The car also vibrates slightly and the shop I had inspect the car said driver side wheel is slightly bent. They said they’d pay for that to get fixed. 3-4 weeks later, also saying they “won’t be investing more money in the car.” There are more issues but you get the point. There’s a reason they just had ANOTHER management change. There are too many good options in today’s world. Invest your money in a business that values their customers, not Schaumburg Lincoln or Rohrman Auto. More
