EVERYONE THAT I MET THAT DAY WAS WONDERFUL AND CARING AND HELPFUL , MY SITUATION BEING I HAD JUST LOST MY FATHER AND WAS GETTING READY FOR VISITATION IN OHIO AND THEN TAKING HIM HOME TO BE BURIED IN TENN AND HELPFUL , MY SITUATION BEING I HAD JUST LOST MY FATHER AND WAS GETTING READY FOR VISITATION IN OHIO AND THEN TAKING HIM HOME TO BE BURIED IN TENNESSEE BESIDE MY MOTHER,(2010) . MY HUSBAND WAS NOT TRUSTING OF MY VEHICLE AND HAD BEEN SEARCHING A WEEK BEFORE MY FATHER PASSED BUT I HAD A SET CRITERIA FOR WHAT I HAD TO HAVE BECAUSE I OWN AND OPERATE A DAYCARE IN MY HOME W/ FIELD TRIPS FOR THE LITTLE ONES. THE STAFF WERE SO FRIENDLY , THEY KNEW MY SITUATION AND WERE VERY COMPASSIONATE AND NOT PUSHY ABOUT BUYING THE ARCADIA, THEY WAITED FOR ME TO LET THEM KNOW THINGS AS I CHECKED IN WITH THEM AND JUST MADE EVEYTHING VERY UNSTRESSFUL FOR ME AND FOR THAT I WILL ALWAYS BE GREATFUL. THEY WORKED ON OTHER ASPECTS WITH ME WITH MY BAD CREDIT AND SAW THAT I HAD THINGS I MIGHT WOULD NEED WITH WARRANTYS AND THE FINAL COST OF THE PURCHASE , EVEN KNOWING THAT I DIDNT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT MY TAGS AND THINGS THAT THEY WOULD BE COMING IN THE MAIL WAS A BLESSING. The service department exceeded my expectations. They are always polite, friendly and great at communication. I've been to the Lincoln service department on multiple occasions when I brought my cars in for m always polite, friendly and great at communication.
