I have dealt with Bob Rohman Schaumburg for the last 6 years and I have them to be the sloppiest, non-customer service oriented, mistake drive auto dealership in the North West. Then came a new general m years and I have them to be the sloppiest, non-customer service oriented, mistake drive auto dealership in the North West. Then came a new general manager and WOW what a difference a little direction, accountability and management can do. I just purchased another automobile from them and was pleasantly surprised at the people, the willingness to help as well as the spirt they have. I am sold that this dealership has now been turned around (by a great general manager) and I anticipate greater things are on the way. Thanks for making my experience a great one. More

We love happen. Everyone at the dealership was awesome. From the first call To Nikki to Ed getting sales lined up. It was a great experience for me. We love the car and I would recommend the dealership to anyone that asks where we bought the car, Special thanks to Tommy Noda, He really did a great job putting me first and helping me with the best deal, a believe the sales managers name was Patrick and also did an outstanding job with making the deal work. It"s not every day that you buy a new car and walk away feeling really good but I did. Thank You Schaumburg Lincoln. More

i went in with my teenage son to purchase a car. After being at the dealership for quite a while I was quoted a price. In financing I was read the charges line by line but some were left out. And since being at the dealership for quite a while I was quoted a price. In financing I was read the charges line by line but some were left out. And since all "paperwork" is now on a flash drive you don't see it prior to leaving. All info goes across a small BMV style screen that is very difficult to read. Hence the finance manager reading it to me. I was over charged $2197 for the car plus the tax on the overcharge which came to $154.39, bringing the total overcharge to $2351.39. The quote for the car was $7800.00 so they added more than 25% of the quoted price onto the purchase agreement. Again, not able to see it on paperwork due to use of the flash drive. I have called and gotten online, no response. I have also spoken to Sandra Vega on more than one occasion and she was going to have someone call me, no one has called. I feel that we were taken advantage of due to me being a woman coming in with my teenage son. They also knew that we had been car shopping all day and that we had a long drive ahead of us. We did not arrive home until after 1030 Indiana time that night. The ONE bright spot was our salesman, Robert Koester. He was great. More
