We completed the paperwork and then, after the transaction occurred, I was told we would need replacement parts and that I would need to come back in two days for a 2-3 day repair. I needed the car on day 4, so I was assured we would have it on day 3. Obviously that didn't happen. In the second week of the car repair, I was told by the sales consultant that the parts were in. I responded that I would pick the car up on Monday - when I got there the garage was not sure why I wasn't told the car was ready. It was my own error to not check with the garage, but I assumed the garage and sales team were on the same page, given the transaction occurred under the impression that the car would be ready by the time I signed the paperwork and trade-in. I was upset at this point, and rather then post an honest review, I called the sales team and was told they would take care of this when the manager came in; they certainly understood my frustration. I didn't want anything in particular, but at the very least I didn't want to come back and pick my car up - I requested that the sales team drop off the car at my residence and take my loaner back rather than return. I was once again assured this would absolutely happen; it did not. On day 7, the car was ready, per the garage. I waited and was never contacted by sales or the manager at any time. So I brought in my loaner and grabbed my car. The sunroof still sounds as if it's not sealed (open window sound when driving on highway), but I won't be going back to the dealer for any repairs/check-in. Overall it was an incredibly sloppy transaction and process: - my license plate was never transferred after my trade-in; the sales team had to drive out the plates the next day - I wasn't told about the real sunroof issues until after the transaction occurred - Sales team/garage no communicating or on the same page - was told manager would reach out to me when I called rather than post a review; that never happened - was told I would have the car driven out to me upon completion of the repairs; that never happened Overall, I would not return or purchase from any Bob Rohrman dealer. I don't think there was any malicious intent, and to be fair to the garage I think they were put in a really bad spot by the sales team, who didn't care after the paperwork was signed; they already completed their job and wanted no part in post-transaction customer service. The Salesman at Bob Rohrman Billy Carion was very unprofessional and dishonest and the sales Manager Kenny Keelen was very rude and should be charged with deceptive practice he attempted to charge me unprofessional and dishonest and the sales Manager Kenny Keelen was very rude and should be charged with deceptive practice he attempted to charge me a made up bank fee for the entire down payment amount in addition to this he added on $2495 in unnecessary accessories. Dealerships such as this one should not be in business for being complete frauds. I really wonder how many hard working people young and old they have ripped off that are not aware of Bob Rohrman’s Deceptive practice. How do these people sleep at night stealing peoples hard-earned money how terrible . More
About 2 weeks ago they said will order the part and call you once we receive it. No one called yet. and i was going to pay about $900 but after checking with different dealer it turned the part is covered you once we receive it.
