We were very upset with the way we were treated by the salesperson at this dealership. The salesperson was fairly brand new and he kept checking items with the finance manager. I asked for the best price salesperson at this dealership. The salesperson was fairly brand new and he kept checking items with the finance manager. I asked for the best price if he could give me a car I was interested in. Next thing I know, he was pressuring me to sign a paper to check if I am eligible or not. How can you do that? They did not give us paper contract and neither in the email. We received at the time of pick up the vehicle and got surprised with the purchase price. They forgot to put the vehicle registration page with a sticker in the car and lied to us that it was in the car. We had to make trips back and forth at the dealership because of their unsatisfactory customer service. I would rather take my money to a dealership that shows courtesy and appreciates how stressful big purchases can be. Please try to give enough time to customers and be polite in the future. I won't recommend my friends and family to make a purchase at this dealership. Those 3 stars are ONLY for general manager, Mr. Charles William who is very professional and knows better customer dealing. More

Did not have a pleasant experience. . was in there multiple times for hours. They could not find the car i wanted, and then when trying to purchase mine the wrong vehicle was used on ini . was in there multiple times for hours. They could not find the car i wanted, and then when trying to purchase mine the wrong vehicle was used on initial paperwork which all had to be redone. When final paperwork was completed the VIN wasn't right either and all had to be re-done. Get same emails over and over even though I completed my purchase and asked to be removed. In addition I was moved between several different employees and had to "start over" each time I talked to someone new. I don't understand why i couldn't work directly with the sales manger either vs having an associate run back and forth between me and their office which clearly only confused things more. More
