Dishonest sales practices – beware. I was told by Rachel the vehicle on Car Gurus had nothing wrong with it when I asked and the price advertised was $3600. After driving an hour, we found that wasn’t true — the vehicle had issues, and now the price was different than what was advertised. They claim the price of the Buick was what the dealership bought it for and they needed to have it fully inspected. If that was the case and an inspection was needed to be done, why advertise the car with a low price? Next, Rachel could have cautioned me before coming down that the price was different and in fact there were some issues with the vehicle. I did tell her where I was coming in from and all she cared about was setting up an appointment and she had to mention that, “many people are also looking at this car.” After the test drive she asked me to show her the car price I found. When I showed her, she went straight to her Managers office. The Sales Manager comes out to try and convince my son and I that he’s put a lot into the car repairing it and now the price is $7,900. Needless to say I walked. If honesty matters to you when buying a car, look elsewhere. More
Most terrible buying experience I have ever encountered. They sold me a used 2008 Jeep Wrangler that was rust destroyed underneath and dangerous to drive. I had it shipped to Albuquerque, NM and had it in They sold me a used 2008 Jeep Wrangler that was rust destroyed underneath and dangerous to drive. I had it shipped to Albuquerque, NM and had it inspected by a reliable and well-respected auto repair shop. The inspection revealed the entire undercarriage was in terrible shape, needing total replacing, and not safe to drive. The cost to totally rebuild the undercarriage would be approximately $12,000 if they did not find any other issues. I paid $8000 for the jeep and approx. $1000 to ship it to ABQ, NM. As the result, it is not cost effective and worth the money to rebuild it! The entire body has to be removed from the undercarriage to totally rebuild the vehicle with a new frame and replace components due to massive rust damage. I basically bought a "part-out" vehicle for $8000! The frame along with other components have to be totally replaced and cannot be repaired based on the inspection and body shop estimate/opinion. The salesperson told me it went through a full inspection by their mechanics and I cannot believe a dealership would even sell a car in this shape. I called the dealership to inform them of the issues and I wanted to return the vehicle but they said NO! Unfortunately for me, I trusted the dealership and I would be very careful dealing with these folks! More

My wife and I were in the market for a Wagoneer and Schaumburg Lincoln had a nice used one on the lot. We went to see the vehicle and knew that we wanted it. Michael Felker was the salesman that helped us and he worked hard to get the deal that worked for us. Sometimes buying a car can be stressful but we were treated well and it was a smooth and easy transaction. If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle, be sure to call Michael. You won’t be disappointed. More

I can’t speak for the dealership as a whole but never work with Harlow Mills. He is arrogant, rude and blew the sale of the $83k vehicle I was strongly considering. Instead of politely explaining a f work with Harlow Mills. He is arrogant, rude and blew the sale of the $83k vehicle I was strongly considering. Instead of politely explaining a feature the vehicle does not have, he chose to gaslight me and vilify me that I did not read the window sticker. When I brought up valid points he responded incredibly rude. After that I simply stated I did not think we should work together on this deal and his emails could cease. He continued to email rude and arrogant statements, which I did not reply to. Apparently, a few emails and one quick, frankly uninformative phone call is too much time for him to “waste” if a customer decides to go elsewhere. I will add this accessory missing was not a deal breaker, but his attitude and mannerisms in handling the situation were. More
