Playing to meet all cultures attention. But not once, twice, three times. At least 4 occasions in a row when I enter that is what they are playing. Besides that, they did not seem very interested in selling me a car. OK. So I went to another brand and get a great deal. So much for Kia's. More

Service at dealership I had 3 reasons to come to dealership today. I needed to replace a broken tail light, have a wheel alignment and an oil change. My service advisor, Bi I had 3 reasons to come to dealership today. I needed to replace a broken tail light, have a wheel alignment and an oil change. My service advisor, Bill, was courteous and informative. But I'm upset that When I made the app's over the phone with Jamie, she booked my app's incorrectly. And she could have clarified it with me because when I told her "someone smashed into my tail light and broke it, how much would it cost to replace it including labor and any body work?" And she said $70 and I said That's all?? She could have told me that was just for a bulb. Well, I clearly need more than just a bulb. So NOW I have to make a 2nd trip and I live about 20 miles away and have a lot to accomplish before surgery. More
