Excellent customer service Tony was Fantastic! He tried to get the 2 year old problem fixed. Still couldn’t fix. Disappointed Kia mechanics could fix issue. Hopefully nobody Tony was Fantastic! Brake Service My driver side calipers failed miserably and in turn chewed up the rotor. Tony in service set up an appointment for a check and then for a repair with My driver side calipers failed miserably and in turn chewed up the rotor. Tony in service set up an appointment for a check and then for a repair with parts needing to be ordered. He also had my KIA checked out for any up and coming needs and found some of the plugs needed replacing. So this was added to the list of repairs needed and I asked if an oil change could be squeezed in and Tony said "sure thing". Since it was unsafe to drive my KIA, Tony set me up with an AMAZING loaner vehicle. I now have my repaired KIA back on the road in top running condition due to the wonderful supportive staff at KIA Schaumburg. Schaumburg KIA truly is a good friend of mine. Thank you all so very much. More
