Delivery of new vehicle was very poor. NO ONE delivered vehicle as far as showing me how to operate features and I was on my own as in "there it is"parked out front ! Finance also slipped e NO ONE delivered vehicle as far as showing me how to operate features and I was on my own as in "there it is"parked out front ! Finance also slipped everything past me until I reviewed and found I was paying a rate about 3 percent higher than I was told. They told me its because vehicle is in my business name. I should have been told that before closing the deal. I was running out of time that day and had to get deal done beforew end of year for business tax reasons and was taken advantage of. They also slid in 1400 and some dollars for paint and interior protection which was not applied to vehicle yet the receipt I has said date applied as 12-16-18.. the day purchased. Called salesman to let him knoow we only got one key faub and he never called back.. all in all VERY DISAPPOINTED ! More

No issues, no surprises, just what I like. Manny did a great job. I brought my car in for an oil change. Service visit Came in for a oil change and tire rotation, and landed up also doing a brake fluid flush. the problem was no one told be it would take almost 3 hours.
