Long wait for an oil change I had an appointment and even though the van was taken earlier it took an hour and a half to do an oil change. Kind of a rip off So I brought my Kia to Bob Rohrman Kia for an oil change with a $29.99 coupon. Granted this coupon does say that full synthetic oil will be more mone So I brought my Kia to Bob Rohrman Kia for an oil change with a $29.99 coupon. Granted this coupon does say that full synthetic oil will be more money - but $45 more? Other dealerships service centers do not upcharge $45.00 for fully synthetic oil. I will NOT be going to Bob Rohrman again. Awesome service personnel however. Jason was great. More

Poor customer service My oil change took 2 hours and this was with an appointment. I had to come out and ask for my car. I was told 1 hour. The person who checked me in had no sense of urgency and appeared as if to say what ever when some one had to go find him and ask about the car and come to find out that it was already finished and by the way why is car washing a seasonal thing. I think cars get a little dirty in the winter. More
