As a woman I was very anxious about how I would be treated at dealerships. I really just wanted to look at & test drive a few different brands & models so I could make a decision when I was ready to b treated at dealerships. I really just wanted to look at & test drive a few different brands & models so I could make a decision when I was ready to buy. I started at one dealership & felt very pressured to buy right then & there. I was so mad I went down the road to Kia which was next on my list. A totally different experience! Aldo was great! He was very attentive, listened patiently, had me test drive the models I wanted to compared all the while explaining what each one offered. I decided on the Sportage over the Soul because more cargo area but brand new was way over what I could afford especially with not so great credit. He asked if I would be interested in a CPO car. I said sure. He found a 2017 Sportage loaded & with low mileage. I loved it! I was willing to see if I could even get financing but not expecting it & so I saw Chris. He treated me very respectfully, listened to my financial woes & set out to work some magic. He came back a short time later & told me he found a bank to finance me with the terms I could live with. My husband was out of town but he spoke with Chris who patiently went over it all to him & I drove that car home ecstatically!! Never thought it would be that easy! Aldo & Chris are both class acts & I am so thankful to them for making it happen!! More

it’s terrible place because the manger that sold us the car told us 75 months and when we checked the papers it was 84 months !!!!!when we told them they said it’s our fault for not checking the papers !! car told us 75 months and when we checked the papers it was 84 months !!!!!when we told them they said it’s our fault for not checking the papers !! so they are saying don’t trust what we say. No Class Salesman Stopped in a couple days ago and didn’t really care for the salesman, nor did he care about us. Stay away from Bill Mitchell I went into lease a new Kia and dealt with a salesperson named Bill Mitchell. He could be the worst salesperson I’ve ever dealt with. After he told I went into lease a new Kia and dealt with a salesperson named Bill Mitchell. He could be the worst salesperson I’ve ever dealt with. After he told me a price he came back with the paperwork with a monthly payment of $200/month more then what we discussed. When I asked why it was so much more he responded with if you don’t want it I’ll sell it to someone else. I would strongly recommend not buying anything from Schaumburg Kia but if you choose to ask to deal with anyone but Bill Mitchell. More

Ask for Klaudia! Went in for for a second attempt on a vehicle my wife and I were interested in purchasing and we came across a young lady named Klaudia (sales associa Went in for for a second attempt on a vehicle my wife and I were interested in purchasing and we came across a young lady named Klaudia (sales associate) who greeted us immediately and made us feel very welcome and was quite accommodating. She pulled the vehicle up, addressed our concerns to management and then was introduced to Johnny (used car manager) He would have our concerns addressed which I truly appreciate! I'm realistic and we all know you can't make a used car new but I appreciate the effort in attempting to resolve our concern. After agreeing to terms we decided to move forward... Klaudia stayed by our side and had the deal done in a timely fashion which was a very pleasant surprise! Finally met Kathy with a K (finance manager) who offered me great options and extended coverage on my warranty which gave me a piece of mind and I have to have GAP insurance! That's a no-brainer. My payment went up 38 bucks and which is a like a dollar a day and Ultimately I am happy with the whole deal, the vehicle we absolutely love and the experience was great... Thank you guys for everything and especially Klaudia... You have a very promising future! Those in the market looking for a vehicle @ Rohrman Kia ask for Klaudia. More

Great Service I brought by Kia Optima in for a recall issue and was very frustrated as this is the second time the car had been serviced for the same issue within t I brought by Kia Optima in for a recall issue and was very frustrated as this is the second time the car had been serviced for the same issue within the same month. Kia of Schaumburg did not work on the car the first time. Dealing with Bob Rohrman Kia of Schaumburg was a good experience. My service advisor Jason, was great, he was informative, and always followed up with updates. He got me into a rental car as soon as one was available. He was very understanding with my frustration and assured me everything would be taken care of and fixed properly. Every time I had to go in, all the staff members were very pleasant and courteous. This dealership will now be my preferred dealership. I would also like to mention that when I got my car back it was actually clean, I have had experiences at other locations where I bring my car in and there are grease stains all over when I get it back. I appreciate getting the interior back as it was brought in and maybe ever a little cleaner. More
