We bought a 2014 Cadenza when it was 2 years old and had 15,000 miles. It was a complete lemon. It was in the shop for about 5 months over a period of four years. We were constantly battling to have the 15,000 miles. It was a complete lemon. It was in the shop for about 5 months over a period of four years. We were constantly battling to have the warranty honored. Service was horrible at Bob Rohrman, as the service department was understaffed. The Kia Customer Service support team was even worse than the one at the dealer. They said they didn’t have a clue as to why it was taking more than one month to fix the car and they would work with the dealer to resolve the issue. They didn’t return my call for more than one month as I sought answers. When I finally got to speak with someone, they said it was not their problem because Bob Rohrman Schaumburg Kia was not owned by them and they didn’t own the warranty. I asked to speak to the person’s supervisor, but she refused to transfer me to anyone. I have never seen such poor customer service.
