I set up an appt for a recall on my vehicle for a Monday. I called the Friday before to confirm. Please reread the above paragraph. So, I said, “Rohrman, you’ve got the vin number right in front of you. Please check to see if you have the part.” Of course Rorhman did not have the part and wouldn’t be able to get the part til Tuesday. So I would have driven all the way out for a scheduled appointment for a part you told me I needed, but didn’t have. Let’s let that sink in. More

I went into to look at the new cars with no intention of buying. 3 hours later I left with a 2020 Kia Rio. Steve Heinz was very helpful and did not pressure me at anytime. Sales folks were informative and helpful. The process to close the deal took too long. I had to wait 4 hours to see the finance person.
