Although I am wholly disappointed I was given a loaner(I understand it is the time in the industry where "nothing is available). Felt like the price posting which caught my eye. Was a deceiving. I was told it was a sale price. My salesman Aldo was great. And Bill was very likable. I didn’t want to purchase the certification so we went back and forth for a while. Finally agreed on a price and was directed to the finance manager and he pulled a fast one on me and put a form in front of me and said sign here. Did not explain anything about it and my fault I didn’t read it. Then I was not very conscientious about checking out the bill of sale I missed the $550 charge for Spereon LoJack which helps find stolen cars. Where I live the possibility isn’t great so I wouldn’t have agreed to it. Plus after reading about it in some smaller cities it’s not even useable. But overall it was a good experience. I had to bring in my vehicle several times and my issues not been resolved and also keep postponing everything that needs to be done to my vehicle it’s bring down score on my car fax. Brought my car in to have it checked out for a recall on my make model and year. When it didn’t “qualify” for the recall they instead charged me $150.
