Went in the night before to ask a couple of questions and was able to schedule service the next morning. Anthony was very helpful and made sure the car was completely reviewed for any additional problems whi was able to schedule service the next morning. Anthony was very helpful and made sure the car was completely reviewed for any additional problems which 2 items were found and fixed. By not just taking care of the one item, it saved me potential problems down the road. More

The Bob Rohrman dealership is where I take my Honda-Accord for service. My service advisor is Vito Pannarale. He is the best. Honest and straightforward. Updated Review: Had issues with the Audi A6 I purchased from Schaumburg Honda about a week and a half in. EPC and engine light turned on, car shaking, unable to drive. This has been happening on and off. C from Schaumburg Honda about a week and a half in. EPC and engine light turned on, car shaking, unable to drive. This has been happening on and off. Called the dealership and was told by Finance Manager, Jeffrey Youkhana "you're on your own, you should have bought the warranty" and I also mentioned the lemon law, and he said that it doesn't apply to their dealership. Flash forward 3 weeks later, the car didn't start this morning had to spend over $400 for a new battery and tow. Not only that, I only received one key and Jeffrey said to call Banyan Smart Driver Warranty within 30 days, which I did and they said that the dealership was supposed to give two keys (which was in the policy), but they never did. The sales guy that sold me the car was super helpful and friendly, but he quit one week after he started. All making sense this place is so skechy. More
