I came in here looking for a specific '10 Accord and Terry and Jason went above and beyond the normal expectation of great customer service. These types of people are not something you typically see in a car dealer. Honda makes a great product, and this dealership is professional all the way around in presenting the benefits of Honda vehicles. At no point during the sale was Jason forcing me to get something I didn't want. Being a sales manager myself, Jason and later Terry, who honestly seemed happy to have my business, went through all the proper steps to qualify me and get me the car I wanted. Heck, they even found the exact trim and color I wanted and got it from another dealer within a day!! Now that's customer service!! I will recommend these guys to everyone I know. It took me two months over the phone to finally make it in dealing with Jim over the phone. When I went in, I was greeted at the door by him with the car he promised(an even better one since the demo was in dealing with Jim over the phone. The finanace person was also very prolite and courteous and gave me a better deal than I expected. Jim was great to work with. He was straight-forward and honest which is hard to find in a salesman. He answered all our questions and would get back to us in a timely manner if we called in.
